Greetings from Macquarie University. Thank you for advising us of your progress to complete the Acceptance process for study at Macquarie University.
Enclosed with the Offer letter is a “Notification of Tuition Fee Payment” form which details the various methods of payment. All payment need to be made out to “MACQUARIE UNIVERSITY” and paid into the one bank account, in Australian currency.

Email your credit card details, including the name on the card, the
card or account number, the type of card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard), the
card
expiry date, the amount paid, your name and student number.
Once payment is completed, please fax the “Notification of Tuition Fee
Payment” form along with the following documents to the International
Office
in Sydney for processing:
* Pre-Visa Assessment (PVA) letter
* Signed Letter of Acceptance
* Bankdraft (if applicable)

The payment may take approximately 7 days to process before a
Confirmation
of Enrolment (CoE) is issued to you.
Please note that you may receive your CoE via email and fax while the original document is posted to you. This will enable you to continue with visa applications and avoid delays. An electronic copy is usually sent to the Australian consulate at the time that your CoE is issued.
